On January 17^th, 2005, Mr. Zhang Zhonghua, Vice President of China National Technical Import & Export Corporation, attended the Contract signing and the bid awarding ceremony of Masteel 2250mm Hot Strip Mill Project. The project is a part of the technical renovation and structure adjustment of Masteel in the 11^th Five-year Plan Period.
