On May 18th, the shareholder agreement of Myanmar 900MW LNG power generation project conducted by CNTIC VPower Group Holdings Limited was successfully signed via videoconferencing. CNTIC Chairman Lin Chunhai and VPower Group Chairman Lin Ercong signed the shareholder agreement respectively on behalf of the two companies. Also attending the signing ceremony were CNTIC President Zhang Xu, Vice President Wang Yanming, CFO Liu Chunwei, and General Legal Counsel Ruan Lijuan. Relevant personnel from the No.1 Overseas Business Department participated in the event.
