The twelfth staff delegates’ conference of the sixth sessions was convened in CNTIC. This meeting discussed and passed the reports including 2009 Work Reports of President Wang Xusheng, 2008 Financial Budget Implementation Report, Consumption Report of the Management and 2008 Operation Budget Implementation Report.
