The international procurement contracts for Guizhou Chitianhua Paper 200,000.—ton per year bamboo pulp project auxiliary equipment were inked in Genertec Plaza on March 24， 2006. Madam Wang Guoying, Vice President of CNTIC turned up in the signing ceremony and signed the contracts on behalf of CNTIC.
