Mr. Jiang Xinsheng, President of CNTIC, presented the open ceremony of the Shanghai Shidongkou Gas Turbine Power Plant and laid its foundations with Zhou Yupeng, Commissioner of Shanghai Government, Deputy Mayor of Shanghai; Li Xiaopeng, General Manager and Party’s Secretary of China Huaneng Group on April 8th, 2005.
